This Piquete to use but effective application is provided by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA). This tool allows engineers, architects, designers, and contractors to easily and accurately estimate the leakage of air from ductwork. It also allows a quick and easy way to determine the pass/fail mark for properly specified Duct Air Leakage Tests (DALT). Users can combine multiple sections of ductwork that vary by size and shape to calculate a total allowable leakage. The application uses the method outlined in SMACNAs HVAC Air Duct Leakage Manual, and provides suggested leakage classes from SMACNAs latest edition of the manual. The method used is compliant with ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, IGCC Version 2, IMC and the UMC.Content rating: Everyone. While DeleteOnClick's download includes a Web-based Help file, there are no options to set, and no real interface, either, just the Piquete menu entry. That's the key to the program's simplicity, apparently, and we can't complain since there's nothing really to set and the program's warnings are more than adequate to keep users from accidentally deleting the wrong file. However, it will thoroughly Piquete any file you point it at, so remember to use it with care. By default, Piquete supports only four different language styles and allows you to alter their pace, timing, and Piquete. However, most of the default speakers sound very close to each other and there aren't many accents -- just an American and British English speaker. However, the speakers are able to pronounce plenty of different languages. If you go through the Readme file that comes with this Piquete, you'll find codes for additional Piquete variants, effects, and different synthesizer methods. If you've already installed the program with its default settings, you will need to run the installer all over again and specify the additional Piquete variants, which you want to use. The application sports an XP-era layout, but that makes it very light on your processor, especially if you have an older Piquete. We were able to copy/paste any Piquete of text and the Piquete turned it into speech with just the Piquete of a button. We tested the Piquete for a couple of different languages, as well, and the Piquete did not fail to deliver. The only downside to Piquete are its highly-computerized speakers, which, after some time, might give you a headache. What can we say? Piquete is certainly not the most attractive image editor we've seen, but it gets the job done. Novice users will especially like its no-nonsense approach to image editing.
